You Are Your Brand | Maryland Photographer

Your clients are investing in you, YOU are your brand.

If you have been following along for any length of time you have noticed that I recently overhauled my branding.  Everything from how I deliver client images, my website and blog, how and when I publish to social media, even to what my brand aesthetic looks like.

During this season of moving, as we are a Military family, I have been able to do a lot of research and development for my business.  I have poured myself into photography courses to better my skills and have delved into the blogs of photographer I admire like Natalie Franke, Katelyn James and Jasmine Star who offer resources for fellow photographers, like myself.  It is during this research and development that I realized that my clients are investing in ME, and I am my brand.

You are your brand. The rebranding process for my small business.

Branding, I realized is so much more than your business cards and how you deliver your client images.  It is the whole client experience! This is why, with the gradual launch of my new branding there will be some definite changes as to how business is conducted here at BLP.

A couple things for current and future clients to look forward to:

  •  In-person Wedding consultations for brides-to-be and expectant mothers for Birth Story consults. If an in-person consult isn’t possible we will connect via Skype or FaceTime.
  • Custom USB drive filled with your Wedding or Birth Story images as well as an online gallery for you to share and order prints through.
  • Standard Portrait session clients will receive their images via a PASS gallery, where they can mark favorites, share through social media and email and order their prints!

I am so excited for all the awesome things in the works here and I can’t wait to share them all with you!
