So every now and then I am going to write a blog post dedicated to my family and our lives. I feel its important for you to see who I am when I am not behind the camera and what my life looks like. You will see fun and crazy and messy and everything that makes my family just another family!

As many of you know, we are kind of “nomads” this summer. A is at a school here in Virginia and so the boys and I are staying with family! We have had four days this week of rain, making it no fun to be outside doing anything. You can’t go to the playground, can’t go on a walk and you can’t just play outside. The boys and I were SO over being indoors and our nerves were all wearing think I felt like so outside we went!

I think B was shocked when I told him I was going to let him jump in rain puddles and get soaked. The pure joy on his face made this rainy week here in Virginia a little bit better. O even got in on the action! That child loves, maybe obsessed with is a better, water! Any body of water that child can put his hands in, he does. He doesn’t care if it is the dog bowl, the toilet, the lake, your drinking glass or even a cuddle of dirty water outside!

We are only two weeks into this Virginia summer adventure and it looks like were going to have a great time! These images a a lot darker than my usual work but I didn’t think light and airy fit the day.. it was so dreary and yuck out!
