I first photographed Jeff and Gabby and Jeff’s Commissioning Ceremony back in March. Jeff Commissioned from a Marine Sargeant to a Navy Ensign. When Gabriela contacted me about photographing their vow renewal I was sad to inform her that we would be moving sooner than we planned and I would not be able to. However, God had different plans.

Gabriela contacted me a couple weeks later and asked if we could schedule a session for the next day. I was free so we booked and I was thinking it was just going to be a nice family session at the Bluff in downtown Beaufort, SC. Well I was wrong, to my surprise it was really their vow renewal! I was so giddy with excitement!

This moment for Jeff and Gabriela was so special, they were celebrating 10 years of marriage and recommitting themselves to each other. With their kids running in the back ground they were able to share this special moment with each other. I even got choked up when Gabriela was reading the vows she had written.

I cannot express how awesome I think vow renewals are! What an awesome way to involve your kids in this special time! Congrats Jeff and Gabriela! Ten years is a huge accomplishment and I wish you nothing but the best in the future- Here is to 100 more!
