Lauren and Matt’s Downton Annapolis Harbor Engagement Session was so much fun! They are both so fun loving and laid back that it made the unexpected heat of October seem like a cool Autumn day.  I loved exploring the Downtown Annapolis Harbor for their Engagement session, finding new locations that I haven’t used before and stopping at a few of my favorites along the way! The Downtown Annapolis Harbor is such a wonderful place to have an engagement session.  It doesn’t matter how many times I have been there, I am constantly finding new places to shoot. Whether that be a new angle of the state house, a new alley way, a pretty garden I haven’t seen before, or a dock I am seeing for the first time.  It is so easy to tell that these two are so in love, and their engagement story, as told by Lauren is absolutely adorable… Read it here:

“My dad, my brother, Matt and I went fishing on what seemed to be a normal Sunday morning. The plan was for us to pick up my mom and my aunt from our marina once we were done fishing to float around and relax (or so I thought). When we got back to the marina to pick them up, Matt and I walked along the water/rocks so we could take a quick picture (again, so I thought). That’s when he proposed. I was absolutely shocked, but even more so when I looked up and his whole family was there, along with my family and my grandparents. Bottom line: he did gooood. ”

I cannot wait for Lauren and Matt’s Chesapeake Bay Beach Club wedding next year!
